You can create tournament schedules with match pairings, times, and court assignments. Players receive notifications of their matches. When results are entered, standings and advancement are tracked automatically.
Can I collect coaching fees through TheCrib?+
Yes. Payment requests in TheCrib cover any type of fee: annual club membership, individual lesson packages, tournament entry fees, or equipment costs. All payments are processed through Stripe and deposited in CAD.
Does TheCrib work for junior tennis academies?+
Yes. TheCrib works well for junior academies where parents need visibility into their child's schedule, match results, and payment status. Parent-view accounts give parents read access without being able to edit team settings.
Can I track first serve percentage, aces, and other tennis stats?+
Yes. TheCrib tracks aces, double faults, first serve percentage, winners, and unforced errors per player and per match. Season totals accumulate automatically and can be exported for end-of-season review.
